If you have requested a forgotten password but have not received an email, the below information will help you:
1. First, check that you are entering the correct email address. This is normally your work email address.2. You also need to ensure that you are trying to login to the correct company!
Your login page will be unique to your company and will normally be something like this- https://yourcompanyname.peoplehr.net
To find out what your login page is click here and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your login page.
3. Click on the link in the email and enter your email address and password to login.
New Users/ New Employees
If you are a new employee or new to People HR and are trying to log in, you may not have received your login details yet. Please speak to your HR Team to see if they have created your employee record.
If you have checked all of the above and still cant log in, please contact email support with firstname.lastname@example.org
